Suggest The Cause For Blurred Vision In Elderly Parkinson S Patient

My mom is a 84 year old Parkinson s patient, complaining about blurry vision for the first time. I m out of town is there any emergency type concerns with the new blurry vision, all her other complaints today are common (e.g. Shaking right arm and leg).Should I consider a 911 call since I m away?
