General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the infection of the lower lip, or the gums. As the infection is progressing, there will be increase if pressure and the color change.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an incision and drainage, to prevent the spread of infection, and pain.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such infection cifixime, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
