Suggest The Dosage Of Mafanorm To Be Given To A Toddler For Recurring Fever

hi sir my baby girl 2.5yr suffering from fever .consulted docter and he gave paracetamol. and as the pediatriacian earlier said high fever give maffanorm.we gave her at 10.30 pm now temperature rises agaian 3 hours since then.shall we give meffanorm again
