Hello,
Studies have shown the use of steroid pumps in pregnancy to be associated with slightly increased tendency for hormone and metabolic disorders in the baby. Yet, it is suggested that severe asthmatics should continue using these pumps as the benefits outweigh risks. Montek LC and Levocetrizine, both belong to the category B drugs in pregnancy and this means that the drugs may be used when benefits outweigh risks and there are no human studies and animal studies have not revealed any untoward effects. So, you may use any of them after consulting your doctor. Hope this helps.
