Suggest The Ideal Dosage For DayQuil And NyQuil

My 8 year old has developed a nasty cough and we are camping and I am not able to get her children s cough medicine. I do have DayQuil and NyQuil tablets, can I give her 1 dose tonight to get her thru until I can get her children s med tomorrow. She is 52lbs

Hi,

Yes, you can give one tablet of Dayquil at night. For an 8 years child, it's not too much and can safely be given in tab of Dayquil.
