Hello and welcome to HCM,
Widal test is done to detect typhoid infection.
In Widal test
antibodies are detected against H and O antigens.
The test is taken as positive if the antibody titres are above 1:80.
However, the antibody titres are 1:80 only which is a borderline stage.
Widal comes out to be non-reactive or negative in case antibiotics are taken prior to test.
Typhoid infection is characterized by
lymphocytosis.
Your test report also suggest slight elevation of lymphocytes.
Decrease in
monocyte to 1 per 100 is not of much consequence.
Typhoid fever is characterized by fever, weakness, loss of appetite, rose spots on abdomen etc.
I would suggest you to consult your primary health provider for clinical assessment and then institute treatment.
Thanks and take care
