Suggest The Quantity Of Electoral Powder For A 31-year-old Male

Hello Sir / Mam I am 31 years old Male. Normally we play cricket for 2 hours in the morning every alternate day during which we sweat a lot!!! Once our cricket session is over we feel very exhausted & dehydrated despite consuming 1 litre mineral water. Can we consume electoral powder as we lose important salts from our body due to excess sweating. And what should be the specified Qty to be consumed. Also I workout daily in the evening where again I sweat a lot!!! Where I follow diet of 20 eggs a days Does it have any link up with Electoral Powder consumption or it does not affect at all. Is it healthy to consume Electoral twice in a day Sincere request for your advice..

Hi,

You can use standard oral rehydration salts in one liter fluid as per protocol and per need but not regularly as if can cause salts excess. For reconfirmation you can check serum electrolytes tested if you consume it regularly. Consuming 20 eggs per day can however implications as it can cause biotin deficiencies and should be consumed in a modest amount. Alternative options for protein intake may be used along with optimal amount of eggs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
