Suggest The Routine To Be Followed For Hair Care While Using Triatop Lotion

Hi. I am34 years old, female with sebohric dermatitis and accompanied hair loss, breakage and split ends. I have been asked to use Triatop lotion thrice a week.with follihair tablet for 20 days. I have been suggested not to use hair oil.Can u tell me theroutine for hair care as it is frizzy and unmanageable

I suggest you to also use an anti dandruff shampoo on alternate days. Also use a conditioner for dry frizzy hair.
