Suggest Therapy For Anxiety

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi I am a 18 year old male and I've been feeling a little bit of tightness in my left peck area sometimes when I get in the shower I start to think about it too much and feel like im hyperventilating I even feel nauseous at times and it makes it hard to sleep. My heart would race when I think about It. I am Vitamin D Deficient could that be a reason and my hands get cold sometimes. Could this be an anxiety problem that can be treated?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. From the given description, it seems like an anxiety disorder issue. Your obsession with your health matters makes the situation worse and the fear makes you anxious. That is the reason you get palpitations.

You are just 18. You should concentrate on your education and career. If you have any doubt about your health please consult a physician and let him treat you. Do not obsess with health matters.
