Suggest Therapy For Depression

Hi, I have been suffering from depression for several years now and have contactly gone through periods of low energy. I am currently going through this stage at the moment. I don't feel depressed though and yet I feel I need to sleep al lthe time. I have no energy, lethargic... I get headaches a few times a week and get aches in my body. I feel like I don't have energy to do anything, but really want to move forward with my life as I feel I have been like this forever. Could this be anything other than depression?

Hello
Welcome to HCM!!!
Depression can occur without subjectively feeling depressed. From the symptoms you are mentioning it seems that you are going to benefit from a trial of antidepressants. So you should visit a psychiatrist for same.
I hope this helps
