Suggest Therapy For Depression

I'm 17 years old and I'm always so unhappy. I'm constantly trying to make other people feel happy and comfortable but it seems no one is trying to do the same with me. I cant physically explain why i'm unhappy and i feel bad telling people because I don't want them to think I'm just whining to them. I recently started self harming which isn't too good at all but none of my family know about that, no one knows. I just feel so alone, i'm really not good at sleeping either so I just end up laying awake expecting bad things to happen to me all the time.

Psychologist 's  Response
Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are always trying to keep others happy. Wonderful. That in itself can show your attitude. You are supposedly happy automatically once you are able to keep others happy. Please do not expect others to act as you wish. That will spell disaster.

You are feeling alone because you are always alone. You are keeping yourself away from others. Whom to blame? If you keep yourself away from others, you will be alone. Naturally. Everybody understands that. If you keep yourself alone, nobody will come and ask you, why are you alone? Because nobody has time for you. Everyone are running for their life. I suggest you, it is your fault, expecting sympathy from others. Get up, tighten your pants and shoes, run. Live your life like a king. Forget about others.

I think you should get the help of a psychological counselor. Make it.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Good luck.
