How r u? Me Ziaul Hoque, from Dhaka, Bangladesh, My age is 40 yrs. I got married 10 yrs ago, I have Son, His age 8 yrs, My wife age is 39 Yrs. I fall in sexual problem. Every week I try to sex with my wife, when we are preparing to do sex I kiss her, I keep my hand on her boff, I toutch her, then my wife feel sex and she agree to sex with me. But when I push my Dig in her points, after 1/3 minute my Gelly has been out and my wife can not satisfy also me does not satisfy. But I want to sex with her for long time, But not continue. So what Can I do, Plz. Advise me.

Well come to HCM
This is functional condition and not the disease that can be treated, because of over consciousness, apprehensiveness this is happening you need to be very patience at the time of coitus, no need to over excited, just relax, take your own time , be cool and clamp stop thinking that you would ejaculate now, this memory works well in premature ejaculation, take care.
