I am 72 yr old femaleweighing 71Kg ht 5ft6in had Ca rectum opted 2 yrs back Now developed secondaries.suggest therapy for severe pain from ribcage secondaries of colonic cancer.Pain over chestwall lumps anteriorly&interscapular areas.Trt with oral Morphine -severe nausea &vomiting -alkalosis

I will advise you to apply buprenorphine transdermal 5 mg patch locally.
It will control your pain for 7 days after which you have to replace it with a new one.
