Suggest Topical Medication To Reduce Inflammation On The Broken Wrist

OK. I want to know your thoughts on using Wobenzymn and/or DMSO topically to help reduce inflamation from a broken wrist. It has been 7 weeks since I broke my wrist in a high speed auto accident. I elected not to do surgery. I am in physical therapy and under the care of an Orthopedic doctor at Kaiser. Thanks.

Hello,

I understand your concern.

DMSO can be used to try to relieve the pain.

It is applied three or four times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
