Now I have actually a hole after one spot :( I never had this before, this started about a year ago or a bit less. Tried tea tree oils, all things u can buy for spots etc in pharmacies as well, no result...

Hello and welcome to HCM

Hyperpigmentation of post-acne scars can be lightened by skin lightening creams like kojic acid, hydroquinone, glycolic acid etc. Once the pigmentation is lightened the scar becomes less noticeable.

The indentation/dent of the acne scars is due to fibrosis and it requires either chemical peeling, CO2 Laser, Dermaroller(microneedling) etc to improve the appearance of the scar resulting from indentation.

I would advice that you visit a dermatologist and discuss regarding the best option for your acne scars

take care
regards
