Suggest Treatement For Shoulder Pain With Swelling

Approximately one month ago I began having what felt like a pinched nerve in my left shoulder, neck and shoulder blade . Hard to sleep at night. Better upright on the couch. Gradually worsened. Since one week cannot use left ARM. Now left hand is trembling a lot. Coughing brings me to tears. The pain is severe. Left shoulder, neck and blade area now swollen. Percocet vicodin flexeril bring no pain relief. Can't even lay flat to get an mri cause of the pain of laying my neck and shoulder flat is severe. Can't get any relief from the pain. Can't sleep. beento hospital 3 times now with no answers. Pls help. Also I bent forward today and lost bladder control. Happened two times.I'm a 38 yr old male 6ft 3 and 240lbs
