Suggest Treatment After Analyzing X Ray Report

i am a female,with 65kg weight and of 5feet 3 inches height. my right knee x-ray reveals,osteopenia,osteophytosis,narrowjoint space, loose body formation.the impression of the consultant is,'degenerative joint condition'. my problem is, i get pain in tknee when i place wieght on the knee when climbing up or on movement. any remedies please?
