Suggest Treatment After Analyzing Scan Report Of Spine

iam diagnosed with posterior and postero lateral disc bulge at L5 and S1 causing minimal thecalsac and neural foraminal compression also diffuse annular bulge at L4-L5 causing minimal thecal sac compression.what should i do,i have been undergoing treatment for last 5mnths.
