Suggest Treatment And Methods For Increasing Weight

Hello my name is Rohit. I am male, 22, height 5 6 and weight 50 kgs. I was always underweight since school. recently i joined gym and gained 6 kgs. But my wrists are so thin and bony. they are 5.5 inches. even other underweight friends in gym have bigger wrists than me. Even my all femalr friends and mom, aunty etc. have big and thick wrists. Is this small wrist some syndrome or problem? i feel insecure because of their size. any way to increase their size? or mass on it?

Hello,

You can increase protein intake by adding more and more protein-rich foods to your diet. Do not go behind steroid containing powders as they cause adverse health effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
