Suggest Treatment Difficulty In Breathing,heart Palpitation And Excess Sweating

Sir,I am 22 years old.for the past few years i am suffering from breathing problems.i do have sinus from my family history.i have a deviated septum(right nostrill)..I find breathing to be done too voluntarily.I used to be gopd in sports till i was 15.ever since then all of a sudden,my nose stops breathing...i face anxiety,my heart starts palpitating every time and the worst part I am constantly sweating.I feel like a dimwit and I am not even able to study for a few minutes.even if a small girl shouts ,all of a sudden I gasp for breath,heart palpitates like its going to burst and I sweat like ice in hot weather.my doctor gave me mallegra and Mon feslor tablet and also a nasal spray.but nothing Much has helped me.pls help

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

You are having deviated nasal septum , so you are prone for development of repeated nasal infection like rhinitis and difficult breathing from that ....

You are given montelukast and other antiallergic drug to relieve congestion....

Here if repeated cold there from DNS than septoplasty can be done for that ..
By such infection of respi tract you might have anxiety and palpitation can be there ..

Auscultation should be done ...And if found suspicious EKG done to evaluate cardiac cause ...

Digital chest x ray and spirometry done to rule out respi cause as further action if needed .
