Suggest Treatment Foe Menstrual Irregularity.

Since I was about 15, I have had very irregular periods. Sometimes they are late, early, heavy, light, or don t even come. For the past several months, they have been very light and last only a couple days and have not even shown up for the past 2 months. Before this I had a couple really heavy periods, which have contributed to my already severe anaemia. There is a very little possibility of me being pregnant since it s been about 7 months since I last had sex and I ve never been able to get pregnant. What could be causing my periods to be like this ?

Hello,

I suggest you go for USG pelvis, TFT, CBC, FSH, LH to rule out the main cause of your irregular periods as it cannot be evaluated without diagnostics.
