Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
To know the significance of the scan report, she'll need to do certain tests :
1. urine routine,culture,ACR or a 24 hours urine protein.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,platelets and electrolytes.
Show the reports to your doctor,or send them to me,as a direct question.
After seeing these reports,i can give you an expert opinion.
Wishing her well.
