Suggest Treatment For ACL Thickened After Injury

Hello Doctor, I'm a 21 yrs old male. I injured my knee while playing football which made me consult a doctor. No significant injuries were noted in the x-ray, but according to the MRI Report, the ACL is thickened and oedamatous and shows discontinuity of fibres. The other ligaments and the meniscus appears to be normal. What is the prescribed treatment for such a condition?
