Suggest Treatment For AVN

I am suffering from AVN on both Hips 5 years before & it was in stage 3. The doctor suggested surgery. But my financial condition do not allow me. Please tell me the treatment way according to my financial condition. 1.My present age is 38 years.2.My present weight is 80 kg.3.Pain is increasing day by day.4.The AVN is coming due to taking heavy stayroid for the treatment of (A.L.L)5. A.L.L. is diagnose in 2004.6.AVN is diagnose in 2006.
