Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have positional vertigo (BBPV) which I can usually control with Epley head manueuvers. This time it hasn t worked and has lasted for a month. I have been less active due to this. It is some better now. The problem is, I ve gone from 132 - 140 lbs during this time. Actually, I ve eaten less due to the nausea. I have not been as active but never have I gained weight this quickly.
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your diagnosed benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with failed Epley head maneuvers I am suggesting a possibility of Cerebellar disorder In view of this please see an ENT specialist and a neurologist for further clinical assessment and expert management I hope this helps Regards
