Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Bronchitics

I had a sinus infection 3 weeks ago, the doctor put me on a z-pack. Antibotics worked while taking them (5 days), now I have bacterial bronchitics symptoms. Tried all the home remedies such as breaching warm water. I am 27 years old. Should I return to the doctor?
