Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

I have had recurring Bacterial Vaginosis since I was about 11. I am now 25. Its getting to the point where it is ruining my marriage. The prescriptions are not working anymore. Could it possibly be something else? I mean I know its not an std I am married and we are faithful. Also when I have my paps they of course check because of this odor. I dont have any itching. Its just the odor and the painful sex.
