Suggest Treatment For COPD And Ear Bleeding

my sister was just taken to the er by ambulance her son found her purple with blood coming out of her ears and mouth unresponsive she was given a shot early this morning for she has copd and her body has been swelling up a lot as she is over weight can you give me some clues she is also a smoker the doctor gave her a pain shot this morning she slept all day they found her this evening are you kidding no body will help anyone any more without that all mighty dollar

treatment for COPD includes Short acting bronchodilatators such as Salbutamol inhaler,long acting bronchodilatators,inhalator corticosteroids,Oxigen if respiratory failure and when a patient has an exacerbation he may need systemic corticosteroids and even antibiotics if the reason of exacerbation is a lung infection.And the patient sometime need even noninvasive ventilation in the form of Bi PAP or CPAP.
