Hi,

COPD treatment depends upon the severity of the disease or age of the patient and associated risk factors. You know the severity GOLD score is used. It is treated with bronchodilators, anticholinergic drugs, steroids, and antibiotics. Please consult your pulmonologist he will examine and do spirometry then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
