General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He needs to be reviewed by an orthopedic surgeon and fresh radiographic evaluation should be done. If no skeletal cause of drop or nerve involvement is suspected, neurosurgeon review and nerve conduction studies may be needed. Most likely with his history, very aggressive therapy seems less likely and supportive treatment may be given. Physiotherapist, and prosthetics specialist review for rehabilitation therapy should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
