Suggest Treatment For Chocolate Cyst

hi im 45 yrs old and i had operation 1yr ago of Mayuma,the 2 months ago i feel pain to my stomach,i go for check up and the doctor told me that i have chocolate cease to my ovary, but the doctor never give me any medicine for that, to stop growing that cease.any adivce is highly appreciated.thank you
