Suggest Treatment For E. Coli Infection In Vaginal Area

My girlfriend was diagnosed with E. coli in vaginal secrets and had antibiotics. I tested my urine and the results were negative. She now says I need to get my sperm tested to make sure that I really I do not have it and do not contaminate her again. Do I really have to do that?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the E-coli infection then it may not be due to sperm but could be due to something else and even chances of this due to coitus would be less likely hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
