Suggest Treatment For Eczema

I tend to get eczema on my hands really bad, and I ve been using a cream called clobetasol propionate and now all of a sudden I have a huge rash all over my hands.. I m nervous I m suffering from too much steroid cream, as I ve been on it for over 5 years. I declined a steroid shot today at the doctor. I m not sure what to do.
