Suggest Treatment For GERD, Heartburn, Acidity And Constipation
Dr I am suffering from GERD Heartburn Acidity and constipation sometimes Diarrhea & loosen weight upto 5kg from past 4 months, my Test reports are normal ,but still there is no improvement even after taking medication like PPI, Am i moving towards IBS , suggest me please

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to GERD. I recommend to use Omeprazole 20 mg before breakfast to lower the stomach acidity. I also suggest to use Maalox three times a day which is an antacid. I recommend to eat a fiber rich diet to relieve constipation. I also suggest to drink liquids.
