Suggest Treatment For GERD In An Infant Causing On And Off Missed Breath

We are having problem with our baby. she is one month today and have had two episode with her not breathing. Each time she would begin breathing after patting her on the back and eventually crying both times after monitoring oxygen becomes normal and lungs are clear. Gird was one diagnoses that was given. what do we need to do to go to a pedatricitian or gastro doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom is called breath holding spell and this is very common in children of this age and this may not be due GERD and forget about this now for the symptom this would be fine soon, but better to have paediatric opinion just for safe side this is very important, hope this information helps, take care.
