Suggest Treatment For Grover S Disease

I have what s been diagnosed as Grovers rash. I ve been broken out every winter for the past 6-7 years. Started breaking out a couple days ago. Just don t think I can do this again this time. I ve already made an appt with dermatologist. Already know what he ll say. At rope s end.

Moisturizer, topical steroids and I some cases antibiotics is needed to control the disease..
