Suggest Treatment For HBsAG?

My brother age is 36yrs and having HBsAG for the past five years.Now he is taking homeo medicine,but still its positive.Recently i saw a article in “The Hindu” there is a anti viral & the result is positive and no side effects.Now I want to know whom we have to contact to get treatment?
