Suggest Treatment For HFS On Right Side Of The Face
Hello! I believe I have hemifacial spasms on the right side of my face. Are there exercises or things I can do to stop them or prevent them? If not, what can be done to stop the spasms? I feel like Popeye the Sailor...lol. maybe that s what HE had too?

I really appreciate your concern, it has to be confirmed diagnosis and it is just your thought or doubt then better to see the neurophysician for accurate diagnosis first is clinical symptoms some risk factors, then comes the imaging study like MRI or CT scan without this it can not be said to hemi facial spasm, hope this information helps.
