Suggest Treatment For HIV

i have had HIV for 13 years, my viral load has been undetectable and i take my meds regularly but the past yer or so i noticed i get less and less tolorant to any sort of heat and now im to the point that at 75 degrees im ok but 76 and 77 and above and i start to sweat i was wondering is this from my HIV or is their possibly something else going on with me

You need to elaborate few points such as your gender, HIV Medicines you take, your other medical history to explain your current symptoms.
The symptoms that you are describing are a bit vague and rarely known to be seen secondary to HIV infection specially with such a good adherance that you have shown over the years to your ART ( HIV treatment) and your laboratory markers are good. You should consult your physician.
