Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

Any kind of hepatitis presents with
1. Pain in right upper abdomen
2. Fatigue
3. Loss of apetite
4. Yellowish discolouration of eyes and urine
5. nausea and vomiting

Without a blood HBsAg or Hepatitis B surface antigen , a diagnosis of Hepatitis B is hard to make.

I would suggest you to get
- blood Liver function test done
- HBsAg done

Even if it comes out to be positive ,there are plenty of drugs available like INTERFERON to treat hepatitis due to Hepatitis B virus.

Do not panic.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
