Suggest Treatment For IBS-D With Blood In Stool And Nausea
I have IBS-D and have been to the ER recently due to blood in my feces and received a colonoscopy and CT scan. However this week I have been extremely nauseous and haven t been able to eat much and have been having pain but today it has gotten really bad and there was some blood in my feces... I don t know what to do

I really appreciate your concern, further investigation are advisable that includes stool examination, colonoscopy, if it is the IBS then it may not be anything big wrong, blood stain stool could be nonspecific, or it may be due to some infection, I would suggest to treat the condition with Tab Tinidazole 750 mg twice in day for four days, hope this information helps.
