Suggest Treatment For IBS, Colitis, Weight Loss, Hair Loss And Weakness

Hi doc. I have a IBS Colitis issue from last 10/11 yrs. I lost my weight a lot. all body pain and fainted frequently. I lost my hairs & started wearing spectacles. Stomach is totally upset. loud farting always. Water doesn t remain in my body so Skin dryness issues No strength in my legs n hands. totally weak by body pls. suggest

Hello,

You start taking some probiotics on regular basis, avoid milk and include curd in your daily diet. Slowly add on some multivitamin too. Get some blood tests done CBC, LFT, KFT, Anti tTG, Thyroid Profile and consult with reports.
