Suggest Treatment For IBS

I have never had IBS, but I have been experiencing many of the symptoms for the last 1.5 to 2 weeks. It can be painful, but usually passes within a few hours. The issue is that symptoms were being experienced after dinner, so I could sleep them off. Over the last few days, they have been happening earlier in the day-after lunch time. Is there a way for me to be proactive about the symptoms as they are disruprtive to my day?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to irritable bowel syndrome.

For that you may require tablet sulfsalazine.

You may require complete hemogram, colonoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Take balanced diet.

In case of diarrhea you can take tablet loperamide

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
