Suggest Treatment For Idiopathic Myopathy

My wife aged 40 yrs is diagonised as suffering from Ideopayhic myopathy at lower proximal area confirmed by EMG and biopsy of Thai Muscle.Biopsy says muscle fibers are replaced by fatty tissues.She has a problem in getting up from floor once sited,can not go upstairs without support. suffering from this problem since last 8-9 yrs.She is taking medicine cellcept,Medrol etc did not any improvement.
