Please type your query here...Hi i have had lower back pain and on off sciatica for 18 months now and have had every type of conventional treatment.my mri said i had degenerative disc deasease plus a focal disc bulge and annular tear at l5/s1 i dontknow what else to try.i cannot take opiot based pain relief.
