Suggest Treatment For Intuniv And Adderall Tablet

My daughter takes Intunive now due to high blood pressure from Adderal, she is 19, but she is now feeling lethargic, more down and seems to have some weird worries. She takes 2mg. Is this a side effect? She does not have ADHD and is taking Adderal for focus after a head injury a year ago.
