Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Spondylosis And Degenerative Discs Disease

i am having severe pain in left leg while lift it even to a hieght of 0.5 feet.. But here is no pain when i fold the leg backwards. The pain is in the hip and thiegh joint place.When climb steps , i feel the same pain. I am 62 yrs. old. But there is no pain in right leg.

The x ray report says the L2 to L5 show degenerative changes and Lumbar spondylosis cum spasm.



Pl. advise me as to what kind of treatment , i should have and what kind of rest i need? Also waht i shold not do for early cure of this>
