General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* MRSA infection with heart rate of 32 needs immediate medical
attention with expert physician and you will require in hospital
treatment with higher antibiotics as Meropenem or else as per the
culture sensitivity report of the blood.

Septicemia is a very major threat and the MRSA must be handled very vigorously for sure.

Wish you best recovery and health.
Do feel free to discuss further regarding the same or any other medical issue.

Thanks.
Regards.
