Suggest Treatment For MSSA And Severe Painful Cough

My grandfather got staphylococcus, mssa to be specific,he was in the hospital about a month and a half, he got a picc line to do a 6 week antibiotics treatment, in the meantime of him being hospitalized, he was doing radiation on his larynx, physical therapy and occupational therapy now he has had a bad cough, and it hurts him very much when he coughs, now since he just got his picc line taken out and he is finished his antibiotics will his pain start to go away

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here such symptoms of cough may be the reactive phenomenon and this would be fine with the time no need to treat this condition and neither to worry about this, without any specific indication antibiotic need to be avoided, this wont help in any other symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
