Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have mccune albrights syndrome. My doctor has prescribed tramadol on and off, as needed, for years. he decided he d like me off them, as I am only 38 and he doesn t want me to develope an addiction. He put me on naproxen 375 with Zantac, 2x a day. It s awful. Not much pain relief and terrible bloating, indigestion and frequent bowel movements. Should I go back to md?
As there is intolerance to naproxen in terms of bloating, indigestion and frequent bowel movements, further dose intake of the same must be withheld with an immediate reporting at your consultant office for further course of action against this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
